作者首先较详细地介绍了新成立的温州市服装图书馆,结合温州服装名城的特点,从内、外部环境分析,提出了建立服装图书馆的可行性,并就服装图书馆如何借力社会资源开拓发展谈了自己的看法。
After a detail introduction to the Wenzhou Garment Library,the author points out the feasiblity to set up a garment library based on an analyse of the inner and outer environment to build Wenzhou into a famous garment city and puts some ideas on developing the garment library with social assistance. [
