PPARγ与动脉粥样硬化研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化 (atherosclerosis,AS)是糖尿病的主要并发症及致死原因 ,所有与之有关的细胞 (血管平滑肌细胞VSMCs、内皮细胞ECs、单核细胞、巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞 )都可表达PPARγ ,很多研究显示噻唑烷二酮 (ThioglitazonesTZDs)作为PPARγ配体能够通过直接作用于这些细胞 ,改善ECs功能 ,抑制血管细胞增殖及迁移 ,减弱炎症反应 ,促进胆固醇的逆向转运 。
