摘要
以特性粘数为0.9 dL/g的高粘度PET切片作为母体树脂,加入适量润滑剂,经表面处理的超细无机粉体及其它助剂,通过熔融共混造粒的方法制备高粘度PET切片纺丝用改性母粒.经纺丝实验表明,添加该母粒5%时,高粘度聚酯的流动性和可纺性有明显改善,纺丝温度比未改性前降低10~20℃,所纺制聚酯单丝的力学性能可满足造纸网用单丝要求,且耐疲劳性大幅提高,使用寿命明显延长.
The masterbatch improving rheological behavior of fiber-grade high-viscosity polyester chips can be produced via melt-blending granulation by using high-viscosity polyester chips with intrinsic viscosity of 0.9 dL/g as a matrix resin and adding proper lubricant, superfine inorganic powder subjected to surface treatment and other additives. The experimental results showed that the masterbatch of 5% can greatly improve the rheological behavior and spinnability of high-viscosity polyester chips and decrease the spinning temperature by 10 - 20℃ as compared with unmodified polyester chips. The mechanical properties of PET fiber from this modified chips satisfied the requirements of the fiber for papermaking net. And the fatigue resistance was greatly improved and the service life was extended considerably.
