摘要 介绍富勒烯C6 0 和富勒醇C6 0 (OH) n(n =6~ 2 4 )的生物学和生物医学应用。C6 0 可抑制半胱氨酸蛋白酶和丝氨酸蛋白酶的活性 ,它以强憎水作用结合于HIVP(人体免疫缺损病毒蛋白酶 )的空穴 ,可抑制HIVP的活性 ,可使氧分子转化为活性氧和超氧自由基 ,切割DNA。富勒醇可抑制小鼠大动脉平滑肌细胞生长 ,但促进HL 6 0细胞的生长代谢。C6 0 能清除自由基 ,在光照和避光条件下具有诱导癌细胞凋亡的能力。 The biological and biomedical applications of fullerene C 60 and fullerenols C 60 (OH) n (n=6-24) were introduced. C 60 could inhibit cysteine and serine protease,bind to the active site of the cavity of HIV protease by strong hydrophobic interaction and thereby inhibit HIV protease. C 60 could also convert oxygen molecule into reactive oxygen and super oxygen radicals,which are responsible for DNA cleavage. Fullerenols could decrease the proliferation of rat vascular smooth muscle cell,but promote the growth and metabolism of HL-60 cells. C 60 and fullerenols are capable of scavenging free radicals. The apoptosis of cancer cells was observed in the presence of C 60 under photo dynamics or under light protection.
