摘要
本文采用自制的同时水蒸汽蒸馏——溶剂萃取装置,从新鲜紫穗槐花提取出挥发油,得油率为0.13～0.20%.用毛细管气相色谱—质谱法对挥发油的化学成分进行了研究,色谱分离出80多个组分,质谱鉴定了65个成分,占色谱总流出峰面积的93.8%.
In this paper,the volatile oil of fresh flowers of amorpha fruticosa L.wasextracted by the self-made device of simultaneuous steam distillation and solvent extrac-tion.The yield of oil is 0.13-0.12% of freash flowers.By capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,over 80 constituents were separated,and 65 ingredients which consti-tute 93.8% of this oil were identified.The major constituents are sesquiterpene andsesquiterpeneol;They constitute 74.4% of this oil.
