高职教育校企合作模式的比较研究

The Comparative Research on the Pattern of the Cooperation of School and Enterprise of Higher Vocational Education

发达国家高职校企合作教育产生的共性原因在于其工业的迅速发展及其对新型专业工人的需求,但各国高职校企合作教育的名称、产生的时间、企业与学校在合作中的地位和作用以及对合作中几对关系的处理等方面有不同之处。其对我国高职校企合作的启示是:构建区域性特色校企合作模式,完善校企合作教育制度,坚持理论联系实际的指导原则。

The general reason of the appearance of the cooperation education of higher vocational school and enterprise in developed countries is the rapid development of their industry and the demand to new type specialized workers. However, there are some differences, such as, the names of the cooperation education of higher vocational school and enterprise in different countries, it appears sooner or later, the position and role of the enterprise and school in cooperation and how to deal with some relations in the cooperation. The inspiration for the cooperation of higher vocational school and enterprise in China is to construct the cooperation pattern of school and enterprise with local features , perfect the education system of the cooperation of school and enterprise and insist on the guiding principle of relating theory and practice.
