摘要
玻璃纤维表面光滑 ,并附着有表面浸润剂 ,使玻璃纤维 /石膏复合材料的界面结合不好 ,导致制品力学性能不佳。玻璃纤维经过热、酸处理后 ,去掉了玻璃纤维表面的浸润剂 ,并使纤维表面粗糙 ,形成少量微孔。处理后的玻璃纤维和石膏基体的界面结合状况较好 。
Because of the surface of glass fibers is glossy and covered with sodden agent, the composite effect of glass fiber and gypsum is not very good. Heat and acid treatment can clear off the sodden agent, make the surface rough and generate some pores, which causes the bond of interface between the glass fibers and gypsum better.
