摘要
研究漆酶在废纸脱墨中的作用和工艺条件。漆酶在废纸脱墨中主要通过作用纸浆中残存木质素实现脱墨目的。漆酶在 65℃ ,碎浆浓度 7 1% ,时间 3 0min ,pH =9的条件下作用效果最佳 ,漆酶最佳用量为 8kg/t纸。
The effect of Laccase EC1.10.3.2 in waste paper de-inking process and the te chno logical conditions of the process are investigated. The effect of Laccase EC1. 10 .3.2 on waste paper de-inking is realized by decomposing the xylogen in paper pu lp. The optimal result of waste paper de-inking with Laccase EC1.10.3.2 is achie ved under the condition of temperature of 65℃, repulping consistency of 7.1%, r etention time of 30min, pH=9, and Laccase EC1.10.3.2 dosage of 8kg/t waste pa per.
