摘要
本文报道了对辽细辛挥发油化学成分进行提取、分离和鉴定的结果。测得辽细辛挥发油的含量为2.5％;用GC/MS法鉴定了25种化合物;并用峰面积归一化法通过HP59970C化学工作站数据处理系统测得各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量。
The chemical constituents of essential oil from Asarum heteropoides Fr. schmidt var. mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag. Were extracted isolated and identified. The essential oil content of Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. Mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag. is 2.5％. Twenty five kinds of chemical constituents have been determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometrv. Each of their percentage were obtained by arae normalization method of HP59970C Chemstation.
