多微孔连硬外导管在硬膜外阻滞中的应用

Use of a polymioroporous catheter in extradural block anesthesia

摘要 本文采用自制的“多微孔连硬外导管”,应用于硬膜外阻滞,有效地防止或减少了因常规导管尖端出药孔在腔内位置不当所引起的阻滞不完善或失败;阻滞平面宽并可随注药速度调节;局麻药在腔内的弥散程度增强;其操作方便,用药量少,效果确切,使用安全可靠。 A polymicroporous catheter made by us was used in our ex- tradural block anesthesia and it was proved to be effective on de- creasing the rate of failure incomplite blockings due to improper location of outlet of the ordinary catheter in the subdural cari- ty.The advantages of this polymicroporous catheter include: blocked plane is extensions,and can be regulating by the speed of drip;diffusion of local anesthetics in the subdural cavity is increased.The method is easy to be manipulated,the dosage of anesthetics used is reduced,and being of convenient and safety in use.
