摘要
企业在发展过程中,可能遭遇形形色色的危机。本文通过对三个企业危机案例的剖析,引出危机与企业危机管理,指出在企业内部建立危机管理预警系统的必要性,并介绍了危机预警系统的构成与建立。经过企业警源的确认、预警指标系统的设立和警度的划分来完成企业危机管理预警系统的运作,从而帮助企业尽早发现危机、确定危机的严重程度,以便进行危机防范、危机处理。
An enterprise might be confronted with different kinds of crises during its development process. Based on a thorough analysis of three enterprise crisis cases, the paper develops the main topic — crises and enterprise crisis management, pointing out the necessity of establishing a warning system for crisis management inside enterprises, the construction and establishment of the system. With the confirmation of enterprise warning resources, the establishment of warning analyzing index system, and the distinction of warning levels, the warning system can work properly to help enterprises to find the crisis, distinguish the level of crisis, take measures to keep away from potential crises and deal with them when crises occur.
