外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs检测对恶性肿瘤的免疫学诊断及临床意义

The immunological diagnostic and clinical value of Ag -NORs in peripheral blood T lymphocyte in malignant tumors

目的:探讨外周血液中T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)在肿瘤免疫学诊断及临床疗效观察中的意义。方法:对100例健康人、145例恶性肿瘤患者的外周血液中T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs进行检测分析。通过培养外周血T淋巴细胞进行细胞病理胶银染色,用KL型肿瘤图像分析系统分析I.S%值。结果:健康人与恶性肿瘤患者的外周血液中T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs检测I.S%值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:检测外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs,可以作为恶性肿瘤诊断及病情监测的重要指标。

Objective To study the value of Ag-NORs in peripheral blood T lymphocyte for the immunological diagnosis and curative effect observation.Method The levels Ag-NORs in peripheral T lymphocyte were determined in145malignant tumor pa-tients and100heslthy controls.T lymphocyte in peripheral blood were cultured and stained then analysed by KL tumor image analy-sis system.Results I.S%was significantly different in malignant tumor patients and healthy people.Conclusion Detection of Ag-NORs in peripheral blood T lymphocyte is useful in diagnosis of malignant tumors and monitoring the progress of disease.
