摘要
煤中的硫给煤的加工利用带来麻烦,对环境造成污染。本文对迄今为止研究较少的有机硫考察了其在热解中的变化。所用原料煤为兖州和东林两种高硫煤,先用1:7硝酸脱除全部无机硫。通过管式加热炉热解试验发现可脱除的有机硫分布,对兖州燥:400℃前23%,400~500℃14%,500~900℃10%,合计57%;对东林煤,分别为10%,9%和26.5%,合计55.5%。脱除的硫主要以硫化氢形式析出。本文还讨论了热解脱硫机理和有机硫的结构。
The sulfur in coal is always making trouble for coal processing and bringing about environmental pollution. This work examined the variations of organic sulfur by pyrolysis, the related investigations up to now have been rather few. Using two high sulfur coals—Yanzhou and Donglin pretreated by 1:7 HNO_3 to remove all inorganic sulfur, a series of pyrolysis experiments was performed with a pipy oven. It was found that the distribution of removable organic sulfur in pyrolysis is<400℃ 23%, 400-500℃14% and 500-900℃ 10% for Yanzhou coal and for Donglin coal is 10%, 9% and 26,5% respectively, The most of removed organic sulfur escapedas H_2S. Furthermore the reaction mechanism and structure of organic sulfur was also discussed.
