气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石(附32例报告)

The Treatment of the Ureteric Calculi with the Ureteroscopy (URS) PneumaticLithotripsy (report of 32 cases)

目的 :探讨输尿管镜 (URS)气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法 :采用输尿管镜配合气压弹道碎石机治疗泌尿系结石患者 32例。结果 :一次性碎石取石成功率为 90 .6 % ,其中输尿管结石为 5 7.1% (4/ 7) ,膀胱结石为 10 0 % (16 / 16 ) ,输尿管下段膀胱开口处结石为 10 0 %(9/ 9)。并发症主要为术后发热 (5例 )、肾绞痛 (2例 )及血尿等。结论 :输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石安全有效 ,损伤小 ,是治疗泌尿系结石的好方法。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the ureteroscopy(URS) pneumatic lithotripsy to cure the ureteric calculi.Method:32 patients with the ureteric calculi were treated using the pneumatic lithotripsy with ureteroscopy.Results: The stone-free rates for single use only were 90.6%. Among the total, the stone-free rate of ureteric calculi was up to 57.1% (4/7), the vesical calculi was 100% (16/16).The calculi in the lower part of the ureter and in the opening place of the bladder were 100% (9/9). The main complicating diseases were the postoperative fever (5 cases),the renal colic (2 cases) and the bloody urine. Conclusion: The ureteroscopy(URS) pneumatic lithotripsy provides a safe and effective method for the treatment of the ureteric calculi.
