摘要
目的 :研究不同浓度酒精对雌性小鼠海马形态学改变的影响。方法 :用不同浓度的酒精 (1 2 .5 %、2 5 %和 5 0 % )灌喂 2个月龄雌性小白鼠 ,采用 Morris水迷宫和免疫组化等技术 ,结合图像分析系统定量分析酒精对海马结构和功能影响。结果 :1高、中浓度组 Morris水迷宫潜伏期明显延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,低浓度组潜伏期与对照组差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2高、中浓度组胶质细胞纤维酸蛋白 (GFAP)免疫反应强度增强及免疫反应阳性胶质细胞平均相对密度明显高于对照组 ,而低浓度组与对照组差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;3高浓度组 Ahi杏仁海马平面海马面积显著减少 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而中、低浓度组无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses alcohol on morphologic changes of hippocampus in female mouse.Methods:Alcohol was administered intragastrically at different doses(12 5%, 25% and 50%) to three group of two month female mouse respectively. the effects of hippocampus structure and function were analyzed in fixed quantity by using Morris water labyrinth and immunohistochemistry,combining with pathologic image analysis system .Result:①The latencies of middle and high doses groups was prolonged significantly in Morris water labyrinth (P<0 05); The latency of the low doses group was no obviously different from that of control group(P>0 05);② Enhance of immunity reaction intensity in glial fibrillary acidic protein and the increase of average relative density in reacting glial fibrillary were significant in high and middle doses group. On the contrary, there was no obviously different in low doses group;③The area of hippocampus in the Ahi almond hippocampus section was reduce obviously but no different in middle and low doses group.Conclusion:The middle and high doses alcohol can damage the structure of hippocampus.
