我国五城市已婚育龄妇女选择避孕措施的影响因素分析

Analysis of influence factors on the choice of contraception methods in married women of child-bearing age in five cities in China

目的 探讨目前我国城市中已婚育龄妇女对避孕措施的选择及其影响因素。方法 以 2 0 0 2年 7月所做的五城市已婚夫妇计划生育问卷调查中的相关资料为基础 ,进行流行病学分析。结果 我国城市已婚育龄妇女综合节育率为 95 92 %。各种避孕方法中 ,以宫内节育器 (IUD)使用率最高 ,达 4 1 12 %。不同地区、年龄、文化程度、家庭收入的已婚育龄妇女对避孕方法的选择有所不同。结论 不同节育措施的使用率差异较大 ,地区、年龄、文化程度。

Objective To study the choice of contraception methods in married women of child-bearing age and its influence factors in five cities in China. Methods The data was collected from a “questionnaire research on family planning” project finished in 5 cities in 2002. Results The total birth control rate of married women at child-bearing age was 95.81%. Intrauterine device was the first choice with a usage rate of 41.12% among all the contraception methods. Different residential areas, ages, educational background and income of the family influenced the choices. Conclusion The usage rate of different contraception methods varies in a wide range. Residential area, age, educational background and income of the main family are the main influence factors.
