摘要
本文基于对目前高校大学生心理健康状况的分析 ,提出要进一步拓展大学生心理健康教育的途径和方法 ,尽快建构教学、辅导、监护三位一体的大学生心理健康教育体系。
The article,based on the analysis of present situation of mental health among university students,gives anauess and a method to further enhance the mental health education of students. An educational system of mental health for the students needs to be built, which should integrate teaching,guidance and self-help in one.
