摘要
对由于缺氧缺血及恢复期血液再灌注时引起心肌损害的可能机制分析、论证 ,认为缺氧缺血引起H+ /Na+ 交换、H+ /Ca2 + 交换和Na+ /Ca2 + 交换活跃 ,以及自由基对生物膜的攻击作用导致细胞内Ca2 + 代谢异常是心肌损害的主要原因。通过补充抗氧化剂、锌、镁等物质可有效地防止和减弱对心肌的伤害作用。
From the analysis of possible injury mechanism of cardiac myocyte which is caused by ischemia-reperfusion in restoration period or ischemia and anoxia, the main rreaon of injury in cardiac myocyte is metabolism disorder, that metabolism disorder led by actoveH+/Na+exchange, H+/Ca2+exchange because of ischemia and hypoxia of led by free radical assaulting to biomembrane. On the basis of this analysis, we suggest that filling up anti-oxidant, zinc, magnesium, and other materials may be prevent cardiac myocyte from injured and weaken the injury of cardiac myocyte.
