摘要
利用液态浸渗技术制备了Al_2O_3/Zn合金复合材料。研究结果表明,在低压下使液态金属浸渗Preform制备金属基复合材料是可行的,浸渗压力低于10MPa;在浸渗过程中,液态金属的温度对浸渗压力有较大影响。所制备的复合材料具有均匀的显微组织,纤维与基体中的活性元素的相互作用有利于Zn合金的共晶组织生核和长大。
A1_2 O_3 /Zn alloy composites are fabricated by liquid infiltration techniques. The results show that it is feasible to fabricate metal matrix composite by infiltrating liquid metal into preform at low pressure, and the infiltrating pressure is lower than 10MPa; during the infiltration, the temperature of liquid metal has greater effect on the infiltrating pressure. The composites fabricated have uniform microstructures, and the interactions between the fibers and the active elements in the matrix are favourable for eutectic structure of Zn alloy to nucleate and to grow.
