环境资源价值不对称性的研究

Study on the Inequality of Environmental Resource Value

通过对在不同的环境因素下环境资源价值存在的不对称性的研究,指出其不对称性的合理利用在环境资源的保护、合理配置和利用以及正确制定环境政策方面具有重大的意义.

In this paper, the inequality of environmental resource value under different environmental factors is studied. It can be showed that the reasonable use of inequality plays an important role in the protection, the reasonable disposition and the use of environmental resources as well as in the establishment of advisable environmental policy.
