摘要 杨树是世界上广泛栽培的重要造林树种之一,具有生长快,产量高,适应性广和容易无性繁殖等特点。杨树的组织培养技术已日臻成熟,基因组较小,是林木基因工程研究的模式树种。本文综述了近几年来杨树基因工程研究所取得的最新进展,并展望了杨树基因工程在杨树遗传改良中的应用前景。 Poplars are one of the most important deciduous trees in the plain of the world. They have a number of characteristics that make them well suited as a model system for the application of forest genetic engineering. The aim of poplar genetic engineering is to integrate spacitial gene into poplars' genome to improve directionally their traits and develop new cultivars. Recently, much progress has been made in poplars genetic engineering which covers some gene cloning, gene expression and gene transfer fields. The objective of this paper is to review the new advances in the fields and evaluate the potential integrated forest gene engineering into poplars improvement.
