正十烷加氢裂化集总动力学的研究

摘要 本文选用国产3825加氢裂化催化剂,对正十烷加氢裂化动力学进行了研究,根据Weekman集总原理,建立了正十烷加氢裂化四集总动力学模型.利用Marquardt法估计了各反应速率常数.确定了较完善的速率表达式.计算了两种压力(6.5MPa,8.5MPa)下的表现活化能,预测了各反应产物分布,其计算结果与实验值吻合.同时,讨论了空速、温度、压力和反应活化能对产物分布的影响,为重油和渣油加氢裂化集总动力学研究提供了基础数据. With domestic hydrocracking catalyst 3825 adoptal, hydrocracking kinetics for n-decane is studied in this paper. Four-lumped kinetic model for n-decane hydrocracking is established on the basis of Weekman's lumping principle. Every rate constant is estimated by means of Marquardt's method. Perfect rate expression is determined and apparent activation energy is calculated under the circumstances of two pressures (6.5MPa, 8.8MPa), and a variety of reactive product distributions are predicted as well as the results of calculated and experiment are idential. Meanwhile effect of space velocity, temperature, pressure and reaction activation energy on product distribution is discussed. The elemental data obtained will help study lumped kinetics of the heavy oil and rsidue hydrocracking.
