介绍了宝钢集团上海梅山炼钢厂一连铸净循环水系统在正常运行状态下,采用JA系列水质稳定剂进行不停车清洗和预膜的方案及实施效果。由于采用了有效的清洗预膜药剂和科学方案,使清洗和预膜过程安全可靠、操作和管理简便,取得了比较理想的效果。

The program and results of the on-stream chemical cleaning and prefilming in a clean recirculating cooling water system for continuous casting in Baosteel Group Shanghai Meishan Steel Plant are reported. By using effective chemicals and a scientific program, the cleaning and prefilming process became safer and more reliable, the operation and management got simpler, and the cost was reduced.
