摘要
提出了一种利用高效液相色谱同时分析果汁中11种有机酸的优化的方法。在Prontosil12010C18H(10μm,4.6mmi.d.×250mm)色谱柱上,3%CH3OH0.01mol/LK2HPO4(pH2.55)溶液做流动相,流速为0.5mL/min,柱温为30℃,紫外检测波长为210nm时,可以较好地分离和测定果汁中常见的11种有机酸。该方法相对标准偏差0.31%~1.59%,回收率96.8%~102.0%,各种酸的线性相关系数r>0.9996,具有较高的准确度和精确度,方法简便,可应用于果汁中有机酸的检测。
A method for simultaneous determination of 11 organic acids in fruit juices by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed. Prontosil 120-10-C18H column (10 mum,4.6 mm i. d. x 250 mm) was used at 3090 and mobile phase was 3 % CH3OH-0.01 mol/L K-2 HPO4 (pH 2.55) with flow rate of o.5 mL/min. Detection wavelength was at 210 nm. The relative standard deviations were 0.3% similar to 1.6% and the recoveries were 96.8% similar to 102.0%. The correlation coefficients for the linear equations were 0.9996 similar to 1.0000. The results mentioned above indicated that the method was simple, rapid and accurate. It has been applied to the determination of organic acids in fruit juices.
