摘要
在 p H为 3.0的 Clark- L ubs缓冲液中 ,人血清白蛋白与曙红 B、靛红和酸性品红等酸性染料结合而使反二级散射急剧增强 .在 0 .1~ 1.1mg/ L、0 .5~ 3.5 m g/ L和 0 .5~ 11mg/ L浓度范围内 ,反二级散射的增强与人血清白蛋白浓度呈线性关系 ,检出限分别为 0 .0 7m g/ L、0 .17m g/ L和 0 .2 4 m g/ L .考察了某些共存物质的影响 ,并讨论了反应机理 .
In a Clark-Lubs buffer at pH 3.0,human serum albumin can bind with acidic dyes,such as eosine B,indigo carmine and fuchsine acid, to form new products,resulting in the great enhancement of anti second-order scattering spectra.The enhanced intensity of anti second-order scattering is proportional to the concentration of human serum albumin in the range of 0.1~1.1 mg/L, 0.5~3.5 mg/L and 0.5~11 mg/L,and the detection limit is 0.07 mg/L,0.17 mg/L and 0.24 mg/L.The influence of some coexisting substance is investigated and the interaction mechanism of protein and dyes is discussed.
