摘要
为了制备性能优良的高速卷烟搭口胶 ,本研究采用醋酸乙烯 -丙烯酸丁酯 -甲基丙烯酸共聚体系进行乳液聚合 ,所得产品具有干燥快、粘贴平滑、稳定性好等特点 ,当单体配比为VAC/BA/AA =3.5∶1.4∶0 .1,聚合温度为 82± 1℃ ,引发剂用量为 0 .3%～ 0 .4 % ,pH为 5～ 6时 ,乳液性能最佳。
High-speed cigarette adhesive was prepared from vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate-acrylic acid polymer emulsion. Influences of various factors on product properties were investigated. When monomer proportion VAC/BA/AA=3.5∶1.4∶0.1,the temperature is 82±1℃,the amount of initiator is 0.3%, and the pH is 6, the performance of the product is the best.
