Co^(60)辐射诱变深黄被孢霉高产多不饱和脂肪酸突变株的选育

Breeding of highly productive PUFA mutant strain of Mortierella ramanniance by Co^(60) radiation

用丝状真菌深黄被孢霉发酵生产多不饱和脂肪酸,利用Co60对其进行诱变育种,经筛选,选育出一株含油率高的2W15-2W2-22菌株,其发酵生物量为12.5 g菌体／L发酵液,含油率51.85％,其油脂脂肪酸组成中γ-亚麻酸为8.5％,花生四烯酸为3.2％。

A highly productive PUFA mutant strain 2W15 - 2W2 - 22 was obtained by Co60,which has been used as a mutating agent. The amount of fungi was 12.5 g/L( dry) fermented Liquid. The oil content of the mutant strain was 51. 85%(dry basis) with 8.5% γ- linolenic acid and 3.2% ARA.
