Study on Gasifiable of Anthracite Fine Coal

煤气发生炉生产煤气用的无烟煤 ,经车辆装卸及厂内输煤系统下料、筛分后 ,含粉率高达 2 2 %。为合理利用粉煤降低煤气成本 ,煤气分厂开发了无烟煤成型技术。分析了型煤在 TG-3M1型煤气发生炉上气化的可行性及其经济效益 。

For rational using anthracite fine coal,reducing gas cost,gas branch factory has developed moulding technology of anthracite fine coal.Analyses the feasibility and economic results of moulding coal gasifiable in TG-3M1 gas producer,points out that the mechanical intensity and heat stability await to be raised.
