摘要 研究了25Cr2Mo2V基表面时效高速钢时效后表面硬化层的相组成及硬化层的摩擦磨损性能。X-射线衍射分析结果,表层为低碳马氏体基体及其上分布的析出相,这些析出相有金属间化合物,也有碳化物,表明25Cr2Mo2V基表面时效高速钢的强化是金属间化合物和碳化物的混合强化。磨损试验结果表明,表面时效硬化高速钢在不同载荷下,磨损量随载荷的加大而增大。进入稳定磨损期在75ON载荷下的磨损率为0.000 3g/km,1 25ON下磨损率也仅为0.000 4g/km,M2高速钢在75ON载荷下在相同的磨损条件下的磨损量为0.006 12g/km。表面时效硬化高速钢与GCr15配副在润滑条件下的摩擦因数介于0.01至0.025之间。磨损形貌观察显示,磨痕随载荷增大而加深,但在所有载荷情况下产生的犁沟都非常浅,且没有撕裂和疲劳裂纹。 The phases and the friction and wear characteristies of the surface aging high speed steel on 25Cr2Mo2V substrate were studied. The x - ray diffraction result shows that the phases of the hardened layer are low carbon martensite with precipitations, which are intermediates and carbides. The wear test result shows that the wear mass loss increases with load increasing. During stable wear, the wear rate for surface aging high speed steel is 0. 000 3g/km and 0. 000 4g/km respectively under the load of 750N and 1 250N. But the wear rate for M2 high speed steel is 0. 006 12g/km under 750N load. Mating with GCr15 steel, friction coefficient is 0. 01 to 0. 015 under lubrication condition. Morphology observation of the wear trace shows that the wear trace becomes deeper with loads increasing. Under experimental loads, the plough channel is shallow, and no peel off and fatigue cracks. Is is fully convinced that the surface aging high speed steel possesses high wear - resistance performance.
