超声对益母草茎内组织损伤与总碱产率关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用扫描电镜、分光光度计、层析法等仪器和测试分析手段,探讨了超声提取和回流、浸泡提取益母草中总生物碱后各种提取法所得总生物碱成分的产率、层析图和益母草茎内形态结构、显微结构的变化.结果表明,超声提取可损伤益母草茎内组织细胞,促使益母草总生物碱成分快速提取.与回流、浸泡提取比较,超声提取可提高益母草总生物碱成分的产率,缩短提取时间,且益母草总生物碱成分结构无变化,茎内损伤与超声提取时间及成分产率有关. By the modern experiment methods such as SEM, Spectrophotometer and Chromatoplate, an investigation is made on the product rates, chromatoplate as well as the changes in the stem shape and structure. The two methods used to extract Leonurine from Leonurus hetrophyllus stem tissues are ultrasonic extraction and immersion extraction. The result shows that the ultrasonic accelerates the Leonurine production rate due to its damage effect on stem cells. Compared with the traditional immersion method, the ultrasonic method has a higher production rate while the component of Leonurine is unchangeable. It′s clear that the ultrasonic deduced damage on the stem tissues has much with the extraction time, rate and some other factors.
