摘要
通过实验,研究了静电场强度和作用时间对绿豆种子萌发性状的影响.结果表明,静电场不同剂量对种子萌发性状的影响不同.在合适的剂量范围内,种子的发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数可明显提高.实验发现促进绿豆种子萌发性状的静电场最佳剂量为40kV/cm·min.
The electrostatic field dosage is defined, which is a product of field intensity and time when a electrostatic field is applied to seed of gram. The influences on gemmiparous character of seed by field intensity and operative time are studied, it is pointed out that the different dosage has different influence on gemmiparous character of seed and there exists an optimum value of 40 kV/cm·min, at which the germination rate, gemmation index and that of activity of seed are raised evidently.
