增加皮肤来源的可行性研究:游离皮片受区扩张后作为轴型皮瓣供瓣区的动物实验 被引量:2

摘要 目的:利用软组织扩张器增加皮肤来源的方法已得到广泛应用,探讨游离皮片受区扩张后作为再次手术轴型皮瓣供瓣区,以增加皮肤来源的可行性。方法:选用新西兰大白兔5只,在兔腋部设计全厚皮片交换移植,皮片存活2个月后进行软组织扩张器的置入。注水结束后,扩张区切取含胸背动脉的轴型皮瓣移植在邻近新造皮肤缺损区。显微镜下观察并对比皮片下血管网形态。结果:游离皮片受区进行扩张,作为再次手术轴型皮瓣供瓣区9个部位,除1个部位因为污染重外,8个部位皮瓣全部存活。显微镜下观察游离皮片受区进行扩张后,皮片下血管网明显扩张,增粗,数量增加。结论:游离皮片受区进行扩张,作为再次手术轴型皮瓣供瓣区,以增加皮肤的来源具有可行性。 AIM:It has been widely applied that the soft tissue dilator is placed for increasing skin source. The present study aimed to investigate the feasibility of offering axial pattern skin flap field after dilatation of free skin graft field for increasing skin source. METHODS: Five New Zealand big rabbits were chosen for devising swapped full-thickess skin graft in rabbit armpit. Soft tissue dilator was placed 2 months after graft survived. After dilatation, axial pattern skin flap, which contained thoracodorsal artery, was displaced to the new defect skin area nearby. Shape of subcutaneous vascular network was observed and compared under microscope. RESULTS: After dilatation of free skin graft field, skin flap at 8 sites survived except 1 site in reoperative axial patter skin flap field. Dilatation of free skin graft field was observed under the microscope and it was found that vascular network overspread obviously and thickened, and its amount increased. CONCLUTION: After dilatation of free skin graft field, it has feasibility to offering axial pattern skin flap for increasing skin source.
