摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定五指毛桃中补骨脂素的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Metachem Kro-masil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(35:65),检测波长:246 nm。结果 补骨脂素在0.103-2.06 μg线性关系良好(r＝0.9999),平均回收率为99.0％,RSD＝1.7％。结论 本方法可用于控制五指毛桃的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine psoralen in radix fid simplicissimae by HPLC. METHODS We used Kromasil C18 column as stationary phase, CH3CN-H2O (35 : 65) as mobile phase, and 246 nm as detective wavelength. RESULTS The linerarity was good within the range 0. 103-2.06 μg (r = 0. 999 9) . The average recovery was 99. 0% and RSD was 1. 7%. CONCLUSIONS The method can be used for quality control of radix fid simplicissimae.
