加味瓜蒌薤白汤对冠心病气滞血瘀证C反应蛋白、内皮素、血液流变学的影响 被引量:17

摘要 目的 探讨加味瓜蒌薤白汤对冠心病气滞血瘀证患者 C 反应蛋白(CRP)、内皮素(ET)、血液流变学的影响。方法 选取冠心病气滞血瘀证患者 90 例,随机分为两组(治疗组 59 例,对照组 31 例),均采用西医常规处理,治疗组同时加用加味瓜蒌薤白汤,疗程 4 周。分别测定两组治疗前后的 CRP、ET、血液流变学、动态心电图,并观察症状改善情况。结果 治疗组 CRP、ET 显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),血液流变学较对照组显著改善(P<0.01),治疗前后临床症状及动态心电图亦明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 加味瓜蒌薤白汤治疗冠心病气滞血瘀证不仅能改善其临床症状,同时能显著降低 CRP、ET,改善血液高粘状态。 Objective To study the influence to C-reactive protein, endothelin, blood rheology of coronary heart disease with syndrome of Qi-stagnated blood stasis by Gualou Xiebai Decoction added. Method Select CRP and ET which can reflect the state of the coronary heart disease and atherosclerotic and endothelial function, reflect high blood rheology which glued the blood state before the thrombus takes shape as the objective index. The improvement of the symptom and dynamic electrocardiogram change are regarded as the clinical index. Result It is lower than contrasting group notably of CRP, ET (P <0.05, P <0.01), relatively contrast the treatment group improve notably in blood rheology (P <0.01). The clinical symptom and dynamic electrocardiogram are also obviously improved after treating. Conclusion Gualou Xiebai modified decoction had remarkable curative effect in treating coronary heart disease with syndrome of Qi-stagnated and blood stasis, which reduce CRP, ET, improve blood hypercoagultive state.
