紫花苜蓿热风干燥特性与工艺的试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 以紫花苜蓿为研究对象,在牧草薄层干燥实验台上研究苜蓿的干燥特性和干燥条件对其品质的影响规律。试验结果表明:干燥温度与表现风速对苜蓿干燥速率呈正相关性;苜蓿的含水率在大于 80%~45%左右时,其干燥速率较高;压扁处理的茎杆比未压扁茎杆的干燥速度快 1.5~2 倍,且营养成分的偏差不显著;紫花苜蓿的干燥特性变化曲线与指数式拟和的较好,热风温度在 190~200 ℃,表现风速在 0.2~0.3 m/s 时,紫花苜蓿的品质较佳。 In terms of dehydrating test on alfalfa,the influences of drying trait and drying condition had been analyzed on the thin layer table. Experimental result showed that drying temperature and air speed had an obviously influence on drying velocity. When the moisture higher from 80% to 45%. the drying speed was quicker. Drying velocity of pressured stem was 1.5-fold and 2-fold higher than no-pressured stem, but its nutrition had a slight loss. Curve of convective airflow drying on alfalfa was fitting well with index model. And better working condition was under 190~200 ℃, 0.2~0.3 m/s.
