摘要
采用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对1999~2003年刊载在13种中文体育类核心期刊上的有关运动疲劳机能监控的文章进行统计分析。结果表明生物化学方法是主体,监控的指标是多方面的,成体系的,在同类指标测试中所用的仪器有趋同性。其中,BLA、Hb、BU和血T是最常用的指标。建议生化指标和实验仪器的表述标准化;监控对象拓宽,让更多项目运动员的训练过程得到科学的监控。
By means of literature reviews,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the authors studied papers relative to the subject of functional monitor and control over athletic fatigue from 13 key Chinese sports journals published between 1999 and 2003.The results indicate that the biochemical method is the main method and the monitoring indices are multiple and systematic.Besides,the instrument applied in tests of similar indices tends to be identical.Four among all the indices are used most frequently.They are blood lactic acid,hemoglobin,blood urea and testosterone.The following suggestions are hereby proposed:1) the expression of biochemical indices and the experimental instrument should be standardized;2) range of subjects for monitoring should be broadened so that more athletes from more athletic events can be under scientific monitoring and control during their process of training.
