摘要
目的 探讨影响股、桡动脉采血成功率的相关因素,选择最佳采血部位。方法 298例呼吸科患者,男135例,女163例,年龄28～82岁,经股动脉采血324次,桡动脉采血325次。患者分为:心衰、非心衰组;肥胖、非肥胖组。护士分为:<5年组和≥5年组。统计各组群经股、桡动脉采血成功率,比较二种采血方法和各组群间采血成功率的差异。结果 经桡动脉采血成功率均高于经股动脉采血成功率;肥胖股、桡动脉采血组成功率低于非肥胖股、桡动脉采血组;心衰股、桡动脉采血组成功率低于非心衰股、桡动脉采血组;<5年组护士采血成功率低于≥5年组护士;上述各组群间比较差异有显著性(Ｐ<0.05或Ｐ<0.01)。结论 经桡动脉比经股动脉采血技术更易掌握。患者肥胖、心衰及操作人员技术水平等是影响股、桡动脉采血成功率的关键因素。
Objective To choose the best position of blood sampling, and to d iscuss the correlative factor of affecting SR of plucking blood by AF and AR. Method 298 patients in respiratory department,135 men and 163 women ,28～82 years old, were sampled blood by AF for 324 times and by AR for 325 time s. All patients were divided into different groups on the basis of their differe nt condition:①male, female group;②younger, middle, older group; ③heart failure, no heart failure group; ④fatness, no fatness group. Accordin g to length of working time, all nurses were divided into 2 groups:<5 years and ≥5 years group. To compare the difference of the SR of blood sampling between 2 methods or groups by calculating the SR of blood sampling in every group by A F or AR. Results The SR of plucking blood by AR was higher than by AF in all groups; The one in male group was higher than female group by AF or A R; The one in older group was lower than younger group by AF or AR; The one in f atness group was lower than no fatness group by AF or AR; The nurses' one of <5 years group was lower than ≥5 years group in whole group; there are the statis tical signification to compare between the groups (P<0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions It is simpler and easier to sample blood by AR than by AF, Sufferer's se x, age, fatness, heart failure and worker's technology level and so on are the k ey factors to influence the SR of plucking blood by AF or AR.
