21例产科MODS中胃肠功能障碍临床分析

Clinical analysis of 21 cases of gastrointestinal function distur bance in obstetric MODS

目的 探讨产科MODS患者胃肠功能障碍的防治 ,降低MODS的病死率。方法 2 1例产科MODS患者在积极治疗原发病的基础上 ,应用持续胃肠减压减轻腹胀、选择性肠道去污、经胃肠道营养、保护消化道黏膜、防止和控制消化道出血等综合措施防治胃肠功能障碍。结果 2 1例产科MODS中出现胃肠功能障碍 9例 ,占 4 2 .86 % ;死亡 6例 ,其中 4例并发胃肠功能障碍 (6 6 .6 7% )。结论 产科MODS死亡病例极易出现胃肠功能障碍 ,早认识、早干预、早采取有效治疗措施 ,是降低病死率的关键之一。

Objective To investigate the prevention and tre atment of gastrointestinal function disturbance in obstetric MODS and in order t o decrease the death rate.Methods On the basis of positive tre atment of primary disease,21 patients with obstetric MODS,were comprehensively prevented and treated, such as continuous gastrointestinal decompression to alle viate abdominal distention, selective intestinal decontamination, gastrointestin al nutrition, protecting digestive mucous membrane, preventing and controlling h emorrhage of digestive tract.Results Among 21 patients there we re 9 cases (42.86%) of gastrointestinal function disturbance,6 cases of death in cluding 4 patients complicated by gastrointestinal function disturbance (66.67%) .Conclusion Gastrointestinal function disturbance is liable to occur in obstetric MODS death patients.The early acknowledge, early interven e, and early effective treatment measures are the keys to decreasing death rate.
