Effective Measures of Improving the Utilization Factorof Large-Scale Instruments

为了提高大型仪器设备的使用效益,提出了充分论证、合理配置资源、严格管理、设立测试基金、加强维修队伍建设等五条措施,并且从功能利用系数、设备利用率、分析结果的质量等几方面着重论述了集中配置的优势。

This paper probed into the ways of improving the utilization factor of large-scale instruments from five aspects, such as full expounding, reasonable distribution of assessment, strict management, establishment of testing fund, strengthening the staff. It also discussed the advantages of the collective distribution from the aspects of function use ratio, instrument utilization factor and the quality of analysis result.
