摘要
采后香蕉的质膜渗漏及贮藏性物质消转存在一定的关系,通过贮温以控制贮藏性物质、细胞质膜的结构稳定性,对应官能指标等衰老进程规律,可作为香蕉安全贮输预测的依据。
A study of three genotypes of banana showed that plasma membrane leakage was related to the degradation of stored substances in the fruit. Control of storage temperature could, to some extent, sustain the storage substances and stabilize the structure of the plasma membrane. It is concluded that the corresponding indexes and trends in senescence can be used as the basis for safe storage and transport of banana.
