大环内酯类抗生素在慢性肺炎症性疾病中的抗炎症作用 被引量：34

摘要 大环内酯类药物作为一种广谱抗生素 ,除了其对病原菌的直接作用外 ,它还抑制炎症介质产生及免疫调节活性 ,长期小剂量应用在慢性肺炎症性疾病中取得了良好的临床治疗效果 ,其抗炎机制主要和抑制氧化爆发、细胞因子有关 ,本文就近年来的研究现状及其临床应用做一综述。
