摘要
汽车牌照定位是汽车牌照自动识别系统中第一个环节,定位的准确与否对系统起关键性的作用。结合我国汽车牌照的特点,对近几年来国内车辆牌照识别系统研究中出现的另一种新思路,即基于颜色的汽车牌照定位方法,进行了全面的综述,并从中得出一个重要发展趋势。
The location of the vehicle license plate is the first step in the automotive vehicle license plate recognition system and the accuracy of locating plays an important role in this system. Analyzes the characterization of domestic license plates, discusses recent developments in the state of license plate location based on color. A major development tendency of pattern recognition is also shown.
