摘要
通过求解二维N-S方程,对以水蒸气为工质的喷射器内复杂的流场进行数值模拟。分析比较了四种不同的湍流模型,Chen-Kim修正的k-ε模型用于数值模拟,分析了工作参数及喷射器结构对喷射器内部的流场及出口激波的形成的影响,得出了喷射器设计的优化方案。
Steam ejector is widely applied in many industries.It is important to know exactly the ejector's insight complex flow field. 2-D Navier-Stokes equations were solved to simulate the ejector inside flow field. An analysis of four turbulence models, LVEL model, standard k-ε model, Chen-Kim k-εmodel, and RNG k-ε model, was made for compressible flows. With Chen\|Kim k-εmodel, the effects of the operational conditions and the geometrical structure on ejector performance were studied and advise on ejector design with high performance was offered.
