摘要
该文通过对恐怖主义、国际热点问题及美国的决策等方面的论述 ,总结了 2 0 0 4年全球政治与安全形势 ,指出 2 0 0 4年的国际关系中仍然存在许多不确定性、复杂性和敏感性 ,提出对现时代的特征应有新的理解 ,对当前的国际关系应有更深入的研究 ,并要做好充分的思想准备 ,学会辩证地思考和面对未来可能更多的矛盾和多变性。
By examining the spread of international terrorism,the continuation of international hot spot issues,and mistakes in U.S.policy against terrorism,this essay reviews the global political and security situation in 2004,pointing out that there still existed many uncertainties,complexities,and sensitivities.The essay highlights the need for a new understanding of the current features of the times and for a more thorough study of contemporary international relations.Finally,it suggests that we must think about future contradictions and changes in a dialectical way.
