老年人尿路感染细菌分布及大肠埃希菌耐药性 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究老年人尿路感染临床分离细菌分布及大肠埃希菌的耐药性。方法采用纸片扩散法(K-B法),按NCCLS标准判断结果。结果本地区尿路感染的细菌检出率为31.0%,大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林耐药达80%以上,对复方SMZ耐药率75%,对第三代头孢菌素有上升趋势,对亚胺培菌较为敏感。结论老年人尿路感染的细菌多为大肠埃希菌,对常用抗生素耐药有上升趋势,应定期监测细菌的耐药趋势,指导临床用药。
