摘要 本文主要探讨了哲学、心理学、教育学、管理学和计算科学等领域对于隐性知识概念的解释及相 关研究的现状,分析了相关领域研究之间的关系,并提出了各领域对隐性知识研究的主要发展方向。 The paper explored different perspectives on tacit knowledge concept and related research in different fields such as philosophy, psychology, managment science, pedagogy and computer science, etc, then analyzed the relationship of the related research. Meanwhile, It proposed the main research orientation of tacit knowledge.
