摘要
本文探讨了最大无卡咬负荷P_B、烧结负荷P_D、综合磨损值ZMZ、低负荷长时磨损值等与润滑性能的相关性。并提出摩擦程度较小时,主要油性剂起作用。宜用低负荷长时磨损值来评价润滑剂。反之,摩擦程度较大时,主要极压剂起作用。宜用P_B值或提高负荷测定长时磨损值来评价润滑剂。
This paper inquires into the relationships among initial seizureload P_B, weld load PD, average Hertz load ZMZ, long time wear value underlow load and lubricant performance. Results show that lubricant performanceis not same under different conditions of friction. The paper suggests lubricantperformance is evulated by long time wear value under low load as frictionis small. otherwise, the lubricant performance is evulated by initial seizureload P_B or long time wear value under higher load.
