摘要
在某些高纯度试剂中,痕量的醇是一种杂质,其含量应受到限制。为此,需要研究检测痕量醇的方法。众所周知,脂肪醇在远紫外区吸收较弱,在205～650nm范围则无吸收,因而,应用HPLC紫外检测手段很难发展直接测定痕量醇的分析方法。
A sensitive method for the PIB-C1 determination of trace aliphatic alcohols by using HPLC is described. The conditions of reaction, separation and quantitative analysis were studied. The molar absorption coefficient of the C1-C8 alcohol derivatives were measured. The detection limits were 0.97-19. 23pmol.
