摘要
本文采用微电泳技术研究聚硅酸胶粒表面的电荷情况,考察了聚硅酸溶液的浊度随反应时间的变化情况,试验了反应时间和水样pH对聚硅酸絮凝效果的影响,借助于透射电镜技术观测了聚硅酸胶粒随反应时间和反应温度的变化情况。实验结果表明,聚硅酸胶粒表面带负电荷,聚硅酸溶液的浊度随反应时间的增加而增加,反应时间影响聚硅酸的絮凝效果。聚硅酸在水样pH为9.50左右时其絮凝效果最佳。聚硅酸胶粒随反应时间的增长和反应温度的升高而变大,且其形状也发生变化。
Measurements of the electrical charge on the particles of polysilicic acid have been made by electrophoretic method. The effect of polymer time on the turbidity of polysilicic acid solution is investigated. The factors influencing the flocculating effect of polysilicic acid,including the pH value of water solution, and the polymer time of silicic acid, are studied.The particle size of polysilicic acid is observed by transmission electron microscope. The experimental results show that the electrical charge of the patricles is negative. The longer the polymer time of Silicic acid is, the higher the turbidity of polysilicic acid solution is. The polymer time of Silicic acid has a influence on the flocculating effect of polysilicic acid.Polysilicic acid gives best flocculating effect when the pH value of water solution is 9.50.The particle size of polysilicic acid changes with various of polymer time and polymer temperature.
