摘要
分析了一种特殊的半桥式串联谐振逆变电路——晶闸管逆变式直流弧焊电源主回路的工作原理,给出了中频逆变变压器的设计方法,提出了一种减小晶闸管开关应力的有效方法,为提高整机工作可靠性,设计了一套新的控制逻辑方案。
The working principle of the main circuit of the thyristor inverter-type d. c. arc-welding power source is analyzed. This type of circuit is a spicial half-bridge series resonant inverter circuit. Give out the design method of the mid- frequency inverter- transformer. An efficient method to reduce the switching on and off force is presented. To raise the working reliability of the machine, a control logical plan is designed.
